Instant mango custard pudding-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup [400 ml]
- Sugar –3 tbsp
- Custard powder –1 tbsp
- Mango- 1
- Rose syrup - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash, peel off & grind mango with sugar.
- Heat 300 ml milk in a pan & let it boil.
- When boiling stir continuously without burning.
- In a bowl add 1 tbsp custard powder & 100 ml milk mix well without lumps
- Add custard mixture into the boiling milk, stir well for 3 min
- Add sugar mix well.
- Once its ready, cut off heat, let cool.
- In a small glass add custard mixture refrigerate for 4 hours[you can freeze it for 1 hour].
- Add rose syrup freeze it for 2 hours
- Then add mango puree freeze it for 4 hours
- Add fruits & nuts serve immediately.
How to make Instant mango custard pudding-Stepwise pictures
Boil milk
Add 1 tbsp custard powder with 1/4 cup milk mix well
Milk is boiling
Reduce flame to low add custard mixture mix well without lumps
Stir well on medium flame for 3 min
Add sugar
Stir well for 2 min
Custard mixture ready, cut off heat
Let it cool
Grind mango & sugar
Mango puree ready, keep it aside
Pour custard mixture into serving glass
Freeze it till set aprx. 4 hours
After 4 hours, remove it from freezer
Add rose syrup
Freeze it, add mango puree freeze it againg for 2 hours
Delicious mango custard pudding ready
Serve immediately
