Corn dosa | Makka solam dosai-How to make-Stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Dried Corn kernals – 1 cup
- Idli rice – 2 tbsp
- Urad dal – ¼ cup
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash and soak corn, urad dal and rice overnight.
- In a mixer jar add corn, urad dal, rice, water & grind to fine batter [Dosa or idli batter consistency]. Then add salt & leave it for fermentation[aprx 5 to 8 hours].
- Once batter is ready heat iron dosa tawa then pour batter, spread it to round shape, and pour 2 tbsp of oil around the dosa.
- Then cover lid and cook both sides.
- Serve hot with idli podi, jaggery or coconut chutney

Put it in grinder & grind well then leave it for fermentation

Heat iron dosa tawa, pour batter, spread it to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around dosa, cover it & cook for both sides
Corn dosa is ready, Serve hot with chutney or jaggery
