Ingredients
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Beetroot - 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 spring[finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1/2 [chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp[finely chopped]
- Rock salt to taste
Preparation
- Peel off & cut beetroot into cubes
- Boil beetroot for 5 min.
- In a mixer jar add beetroot, ginger, green chilli, corainder, rock salt & cumin seeds mix well.
- Add water blend till frothy.
- Strain without lumps
- Then add ice cubes & serve
