Ingredients

  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Beetroot - 1/4 cup
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 spring[finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1/2 [chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp[finely chopped]
  • Rock salt to taste

Preparation

  • Peel off & cut beetroot into cubes
  • Boil beetroot for 5 min.
  • In a mixer jar add beetroot, ginger, green chilli, corainder, rock salt & cumin seeds mix well.
  • Add water blend till frothy.
  • Strain without lumps
  • Then add ice cubes & serve
