Ingredients
- Sapodilla[Chikoo] - 2
- Milk -1 cup [300 ml] [boiled, chilled] or coconut milk or almond milk
- Vanilla ice cream- 1 scoop [optional]
- Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Wash, peel off & remove seeds from spaodilla.
- In a blender add chilled milk, sapodilla, ice cream & ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add carrot or beetroot
- For rich flavour add vanilla essence
- You can add chocolate ice cream.
- You can add blanched almonds / oats milk/ coconut milk.
- For extra flavour add cinnamon powder / cardamom powder /nutmeg powder.
- You can add tender coconut water
