Ingredients

  • Black grapes- 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp [Optional]
  • Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
  • Sea salt a - 1/4 tsp
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  • Wash black grapes 2 to 3 times.
  • In a bowl add warm water, sea salt mix well. Add black grapes soak it for 5 min [To remove chemicals]
  • Heat water add pinch of sea salt,add grapes cook for 2 min on low flame
  • Then drain water completely
  • In a blender add black grapes, sugar & ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
  • Then strain without lumps
  • Then serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add honey, ginger, or jaggery for another variation
  • Boiling grapes is mainly for winter season.
  • You can add carrot or beetroot
  • You can add chocolate ice cream & vanilla ice cream.
  • You can add blanched almonds / oats milk/ coconut milk.
  • You can add tender coconut water
