Black grape juice-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Black grapes- 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tbsp [Optional]
- Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
- Sea salt a - 1/4 tsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash black grapes 2 to 3 times.
- In a bowl add warm water, sea salt mix well. Add black grapes soak it for 5 min [To remove chemicals]
- Heat water add pinch of sea salt,add grapes cook for 2 min on low flame
- Then drain water completely
- In a blender add black grapes, sugar & ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
- Then strain without lumps
- Then serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add honey, ginger, or jaggery for another variation
- Boiling grapes is mainly for winter season.
- You can add carrot or beetroot
- You can add chocolate ice cream & vanilla ice cream.
- You can add blanched almonds / oats milk/ coconut milk.
- You can add tender coconut water
How to make black grape juice- Stepwise pictures
Wash 2 to 3 times
Add salt
Add water, boil for 3 min on low flame
Drain water, then put it in a mixie jar
Add sugar, grind to fine puree
Black grape puree ready
Drain without lumps
Now its ready, add ice cubes then serve
