Apple almond milkshake is Delicious and healthy summer cooler milkshake. If you dont like milk you can skip it. Instead of milk you can add coconut water/ coconut milk / oats milk. I added chocolate chips. you can skip it or replace with cocoa powder/ chocolate syrup. In winter you can avoid ice cubes. When you make it for kids, you should blanch almonds, peel off the skin then use.

Ingredients
- Apple - 1
- Almond -1/4 cup
- Honey - 4 tbsp
- Milk -1 cup [300 ml] [boiled, chilled] or coconut milk or almond milk
- Dates- 4
- Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup [optional]
- Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Soak almond in hot water for 30 min
- Then peel off the skin
- Wash and remove seeds from dates.
- Wash & peel off apple then chop.
- In a blender add chopped apple, soaked almond, chilled milk, sugar, dates, ice cubes & chocolate chips blend till smooth & frothy
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- For rich flavour add vanilla essence
- You can add vanilla ice cream.
- You can add oats milk/ coconut milk.
- You can replace milk with condensed milk.
- You can add frozen apple
- For extra flavour add cinnamon powder / cardamom powder /nutmeg powder.
- You can add tender coconut water
How to make Apple dates milkshake- Stepwise pictures
Take 1 fresh apple
Soak almonds in hot water for 30 min
Peel off the skin
In a blender add soaked almonds
Add apple and honey
Add chilled milk
Add dates and chocolate chips
Blend till smooth and frothy
Almond apple milkshake ready
Add ice cubes serve immediately
You can add vanilla ice cream for extra flavour
Chocolate chips are optional. You can skip it
