Sweet corn pulav-How to make-Step by step photos & video [Instant lunch box recipe]

Ingredients
- Basmati rice -2 cups [boiled]
- Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
- Green peas [Matter] –1/2 cup
- Carrot -1/4 cup
- Potato- 2
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom - 3
- Cinnamon - 1
- Marathi moggu - 1
- Cloves - 2
- Bay leaves - 1
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Gram masala powder – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ghee -2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
For grinding
- Garlic- 4 cloves
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Green chilli -1
- Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- In a mixie jar, add all ingredients, coarsely grind
Method
- Boil potato, green peas & carrot
- Steam sweet corn
- Wash & soak basmati rice for 15 min. Then boil & drain water.
- Heat oil & butter in a pan then add cardamom, cloves, marathi moggu, cinnamon, bay leaves, & fennel seeds fry
- Then add onion sauté till light brown
- Add ground mixture mix well
- Add boiled vegs, sweet corn, red chilli powder and garam masala powder mix well.
- Add boiled basmati rice, salt mix well.
- Once its ready, serve hot with raita

Perfect non-sticky sweet corn pulav
In a bowl add basmati rice
Wash 2 to 3 times
Add water, soak it for 10 min
Soaked rice ready
Add water, let ti boil
Add soaked basmathi rice
add salt
Add oil, boil 3/4 th
Now itsready, strain
Cover it leave it for 5 min
Non-sticky rice ready
In a mixie jar, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander
Add mint & salt
Coarsely grind
Heat pan, add oil & ghee
add spices
Add onion, salt
Add groudn mixture
Add boiled vegs
Add salt
Add garam masala
add red chilli powder
Add boiled rice
Mix well
Non-sticky veg pulav ready
Serve hot with any raita
