Ragi Idiyappam| Finger millet String hoppers

Ingredients
- Ragi flour – 1 cup
- Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed.
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add ragi flour, water & salt mix well.
- Grease idli plates with sesame oil then pour ragi batter.
- Heat idli cooker with water place idli plates, cover lid & steam it for 10 min.
- In an idiyappam kuzhal fill ragi idli.
- Then just press or squeeze over the plates
- Then Serve hot with Kurma, coconut milk or chutney.
