Pista Badam Burfi -How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Pista - 1/4 cup
- Badam [Almonds] – 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Nuts for garnishing
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat pan, add almond, pista roast for 1 min
- Let it cool, then fine/coarsely grind
- Heat same pan, add sugar, water, boil till 1 string consistency
- Add cardamom, ghee, cook for 3 min
- Then pour into greased tray / buttersheet tray
- Evenly spread then let it set for 10 min
- 10 min later, cut it into desired shape
- Store in an airtight container, use within 1 month
Notes & tips
- You can use ghee roasted coconut also
- You can add rose syrup for rose badam burfi
- For kesar badam burfi add saffron water.
- For green badam burfi add green tea powder or paan/betel leaves

Take 3/4 cup Almond
Add 1/4 cup pista
Roast for s min

Boil till 1 string consistency

Mix well
Add ground pista badam powder
Mix well without lumps
Add 1 tbsp ghee if required
Mix well
Cook for 3 min
Pour into buttersheet tray
Sprinkle nuts, let it set for 10 min
De-mold carefully
Cut into desired shapes
Perfect burfi
Store in an airtight container, use within 1 month
