Ingredients
- Coconut oil -1/2 cup
- Honey -1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
- Oats - 2 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl add coconut oil, honey, vanilla, beat well
- Add oats, wheat flour mix well
- Pour into baking tray, evenly spread
- Pre-heat oven/OTG 10 min, 250 degree C
- Bake for 35 min, 180 degree or until crisp & golden brown
- Then let it cool, cut into desired shapes
- Store in an airtight container, use within 2 weeks
Notes & tips
- You can use roasted coconut also
- You can add rasberries, almond, pistachio, sesame, peanut etc
- You can add cocoa powder
