Ingredients

  • Coconut oil -1/2 cup
  • Honey -1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
  • Oats - 2 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 tbsp

Method

  • In a bowl add coconut oil, honey, vanilla, beat well
  • Add oats, wheat flour mix well
  • Pour into baking tray, evenly spread
  • Pre-heat oven/OTG 10 min, 250 degree C
  • Bake for 35 min, 180 degree or until crisp & golden brown
  • Then let it cool, cut into desired shapes
  • Store in an airtight container, use within 2 weeks

Notes & tips

  • You can use roasted coconut also
  • You can add rasberries, almond, pistachio, sesame, peanut etc
  • You can add cocoa powder
