Egg dosa | Guddu dosa | Muttai dosai -How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Dosa batter *– 1 cup
- Egg - 1
- Pizza / pasta seasoning [Mixed herbs] - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Dosa batter*
- Idli rice – ¾ cup
- Dosa rice[pachharisi] – ¼ cup
- Urad dal – ¼ cup
- Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed.
Preparation Method
- Heat iron dosa pan, pour dosa batter then quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
- Crack one egg, place it on dosa
- Sprinkle mixed herb seasoning & sprinkle salt
- Pour 1 tbsp oil around the dosa.
- Cover lid and cook till crisp
- Once dosa is ready, then cut off heat & serve hot with chutney.
How to make Egg dosa at home-Step by step photos
Heat iron dosa tawa, pour batter, evenly spread
Crack one egg
Gently spread over the dosa
Sprinkle salt
Add mixed herb sesoning
Cover lid and cook till crisp
Now its ready, remove it from tawa
Serve hot with hot sauce or chutney
