Ingredients

  • Dosa batter *– 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Pizza / pasta seasoning [Mixed herbs] - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Dosa batter*

  • Idli rice – ¾ cup
  • Dosa rice[pachharisi] – ¼ cup
  • Urad dal – ¼ cup
  • Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed.

Preparation Method

  • Heat iron dosa pan, pour dosa batter then quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
  • Crack one egg, place it on dosa
  • Sprinkle mixed herb seasoning & sprinkle salt
  • Pour 1 tbsp oil around the dosa.
  • Cover lid and cook till crisp
  • Once dosa is ready, then cut off heat & serve hot with chutney.
