Chutney idli

Ingredients
- Idli batter - 1 cup
- Roasted gram[Pottukadalai] - 1/4 cup
- Coconut - 1/2 cup[grated]
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Green chilli - 1
- Coriander leaves- 1 spring
- Mint leaves -1 spring
- Mustard seeds -1 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Put coconut, ginger, green chilli, coriander, curry leaves, mint leaves, roasted gram, salt & water in a mixer jar, finely grind.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard, curry leaves, urad dal fry, then add this seasoned ingredients into the coconut chutney mixture, mix well.
- Heat idli cooker with water
- Grease mini idli plates with sesame oil then pour idli batter. Then steam it for 10 min.
- Then remove idli from idli plates
- In a bowl add chutney, & arrange mini idli serve hot.
