Urad dal laddu

Ingredients

  • Urad dal – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Jaggery – 3 tbsp [grated]
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp

Preparation

  • Dry roast urad dal till light brown. Then cool it.
  • In a mixer jar put urad dal then coarsely grind.
  • Add sugar and cardamom & grind well. Then transfer this mixer to a bowl & sprinkle ghee mix well and shape.
  • Then put it in an airtight container. Use within 2 days.

Note

  • Don’t add water
