- Milk – 1 Glass
- Water - 1 glass
- Sitharathai [Alpinia Galanga] - 1 inch piece
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash sitharathai, put it in stone mortar, flattern
- Heat 1 glass water, add flatten sitharathai, boil till it reduced to half
