Ingredients

  • Tea – 4 tsp
  • Water – 1 glass or 1 tumbler [small]
  • Milk [boiled] – ¾ glass
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom [Elaichi, elakai] – 2
  • Peppercorns – 5
  • Cinnamon stick – 1/2 stick
  • Ginger– 1 inch piece
  • Cloves – 2

Preparation

  • Boil water in a pot then add tea powder.
  • Add ginger, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon, green cardamom let it boil.
  • Add milk & let it boil.
  • Then drain & pour it into sugar added cup & stir well.
  • Serve hot with any fritters.
