Ingredients
- Milk – 1 cup
- Instant ragi malt[Popped ragi malt powder ]- 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar / jaggery– 2 tbsp
- Saffron - 2 [For garnishing, optonal]
Preparation
- Boil 1 cup milk
- In a glass or a bowl add popped ragi powder, sugar / jaggery mix well
- Then add boiled hot milk mix well without lumps then strain.
- Then add saffron, Serve hot.

Boiled milk ready
Instant ragi malt powder / popped ragi powder
add 2 tbsp ragi powder
Add brown sugar-2 tbsp
Add hot milk mix well
Ragi malt ready, strain without lumps
Garnish with saffron, serve hot
