Masala coffee-How to make with Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Instant coffee powder[nescafe classic] – 3 tsp
- Water – 1 glass [150 to 200ml, small]
- Milk [boiled] – ¾ to 1 cup
- Sugar– 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom [Elaichi, elakai] – 2
- Peppercorns – 5
- Cinnamon stick – 1/2 stick
- Ginger– 1 inch piece
- Cloves – 2
Preparation
- Add 3 tsp instant coffee powder in a glass.
- Heat sauce pan add 1 glass of water, let it boil
- Add boiled water into the coffee mixture added glass mix well.
- Boil milk, add cardamom, ginger, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, sugar & coffee mixture let it boil for 2 min
- Then drain & pour it into serving glass, Serve hot with any fritters.
Tips & variations
- You can add cocoa powder
- For vegan you can add coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk or oats milk
- You can add nutmeg or fennel powder for different flavour
- You can add vanilla essence for vanilla flavour
- You can make this with out milk
- you can add turmeric powder
How to make Instant masala coffee-Step by step photos
Add 3 tsp instant coffee powder in a glass
Add boiled water
Mix well without lumps
Add sugar
Boil milk, add cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, cloves
Boil
Boil for a min
Add coffee mixture boil for 2 min
Drain without lumps
Add instant coffee powder for flavour
Pour into mud pot, serve immediately
Instant masala coffee
Masala hot coffee. You can make it without milk
You can add dry ginger powder
You can add nutmeg powder or fennel for variation
Masala coffee for cold or cough
Coffee for winter
