Ginger tea | inji tea | Adrak ki chai-How to make with Step by step photos

This is Healthy & Hot tea for winter season. Best for throat irritation & digestive problems. Easy to make & restaurant style method. Take with biscuit or bread. You can make black ginger tea without milk.
Ingredients
- Tea – 4 tsp
- Water – 1 cup or 1 glass [150 to 200ml, small]
- Milk [boiled] – ¾ cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Ginger [Inji] – 1 inch piece
Preparation
- Boil water in a pot then add tea.
- Add mashed ginger, let it boil.
- Add milk & let it boil.
- Then drain & pour it into serving glass, add sugar mix well.
- Serve hot with any fritters.

Boil
Add milk, boil
Now its ready
Strain
Add sugar
Mix well
Ginger tea ready, serve immediately
