Capsicum masala mini idli upma-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Mini idli– 1 cup [10 idli]
- Capsicum -1
- Onion – 1 [chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder– 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida –1/4 tsp
- Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter then add urad dal saute.
- Then add asafoetida, curry leaves sauté.
- Add onion, ginger & green chilli sauté well.
- Add capsicum,salt, garama masala, turmeric & red chilli powder saute till soft.
- Add mini idli mix well.
- Then add coriander leaves cut off heat
