Ingredients

  • Mini idli– 1 cup [10 idli]
  • Capsicum -1
  • Onion – 1 [chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Coriander leaves – 1 spring
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder– 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal – 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida –1/4 tsp
  • Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter then add urad dal saute.
  • Then add asafoetida, curry leaves sauté.
  • Add onion, ginger & green chilli sauté well.
  • Add capsicum,salt, garama masala, turmeric & red chilli powder saute till soft.
  • Add mini idli mix well.
  • Then add coriander leaves cut off heat
