Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup[Fresh]

Preparation

  • Put fresh curd in a cotton cloth, close the edges & place it in a filter, leave it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, Extra water removed from curd.
  • Creamy & Thick hung curd ready.
  • Add cardamom & sugar mix well, serve immediately

Tip & Note

  • For another variation add mango,cardamom and sugar
  • Dont use sour curd
