Ingredients

  • Dosa batter – 1 cup
  • Idli podi – 1 tbsp
  • Black sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Method

  • Dry roast white & black sesame seeds
  • Heat Dosa pan and brush oil then spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
  • Sprinkle idli podi, white & black sesame seeds. Then pour 1 tbsp of oil around the dosa.
    Cover lid for 1 minute.
  • Once dosa becomes crispy serve hot with chutney and sambar
