Sweet corn raita-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Sweet corn– ½ cup [grated]
- Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup [fresh]
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Roasted Cumin powder – ½ tsp [Dry roast cumin seeds, let it cool & grind to fine powder in a stone mortar.
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Onion - 2 tbsp [chopped]
- Mustard Seeds– ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Ginger – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Stram sweet corn till soft.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds, ginger, green chilli, asafoetida, & curry leaves
- Add Sweet corn kernels, & salt mix well
- In a bowl add curd, 1 tbsp sugar, add seasoned corn, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander leaves mix well
- Serve immediately with chapati or pulao, biryani
