Schezwan spaghetti with sweet corn | Spicy schezwan spaghetti

Ingredients
- Spaghetti– 1 cup
- Sweet corn – ½ cup [Boiled]
- Schezwan chutney – 4 tbsp [For kids:- Use only 1 tbsp]
- Garlic - 3 Cloves [finely chopped]
- Parsley or coriander leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
- Olive oil or groundnut oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Heat water in a pan, add salt & let it boil
- Add spaghetti cook till soft. Then drain water.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic sauté till light brown
- Add boiled sweet corn, Schezwan chutney sauté gently.
- Add cooked spaghetti sauté well for 2 to 3 min.
- Finally add coriander leaves. Then cut off heat & serve immediately
Tip
- For variations:-You can add grated cheese or any veg toppings like sauted mushrooms, tofu, spinach, paneer, green peas or broccoli.
- You can add lemon juice
