Pudina raita | Mint raita-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Mint [Pudina]– 3 springs
- Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup [fresh]
- Roasted Cumin powder – ½ tsp [Dry roast cumin seeds, let it cool & grind to fine powder in a stone mortar.
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 1 [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add mint leaves, green chilli and ginger in a mixie jar, finely grind
- In a bowl add fresh curd beat/ whisk well then add salt.
- Add ground pudina mixture, roasted cumin powder mix well.
- Serve immediately with chapati or pulao, biryani
