Mango pachadi | Mangai vella pachadi-How to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Raw mango[Mangai] – 1
- Jaggery – ½ cup [grated]
- Salt a pinch
For tempering / seasoning
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped] or slit lengthwise
Method
- Wash & cut raw mango in to cubes.
- Heat water in a pan add chopped mango & let it boil.
- Add grated jaggery let it boil & thickenes then add salt
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard, let it crackle then add green chilli & curry leaves
- Add seasoned ingredients & cut off heat & serve.

Cut raw mango into cubes
Add raw mango cubes
Add water, let it boil for 3 min
Add jaggery
Mix well, let it boil for 5 to 8 min or till it thickens
Boiling
Add salt
Now its ready, cut off heat
For tempering:- Add oil, mustard, green chilli & curry leaves
Add seasoned ingredients
