Dahi bhindi | Ladies finger curd masala for roti and rice

Ingredients
- Ladies finger[Bhindi, okra, vendakkai]– ¼ cup
- Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup [fresh]
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powderpowder - ¼ tsp
- Gram flour - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour or corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli- 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
- Chop bhindi, add red chilli powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, rice flour mix well
- Heat iron tawa, pour 2 tbsp oil, add okra, roast till crisp.
- In a bowl add curd, gram flour, rice flour, salt whisk well with out lumps.
- Heat pan, add cumin seeds,curry leaves, ginger, & green chilli saute.
- Add sauted bhindi mix well then cut off heat.
- Add curd mixture, switch on flame, mix well, cook till low to medium flame till one boil.
- Fianlly add coriander leaves, cut off heat.
- Serve immediately with chapati or pulao, biryani
