Cauliflower Pepperfry

Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 [chopped]
- Garlic -½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Method
- Break the whole cauliflower into medium florets.
- Take a bowl, pour warm water & add salt & turmeric powder mix well then put cauliflower & leave it for 5 min then drain water.
- Heat water, add turmeric, red chilli powder & salt let it boil.
- Add cauliflower cook for 3 to 4 min.
- Heat oil in a pan then add garlic & curry leaves sauté for a min..
- Add cauliflower, red chilli powder, pepper powder roast till crisp.
- Finally add coriander leaves cut off heat & serve hot.
