Rose coconut modak- Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut -3/4 cup to 1 cup
- Milk powder- 1 cup
- Milk -1 cup
- Sugar -1/4 cup
- Rose essence -1/2 tsp
- Rooh afzha -2 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pink food color -1 drop
Method:-
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add milk boil, then add sugar boil for 2 min
- Add Desiccated coconut , Milk powder, Rose essence , Rooh afzha, Cardamom powder, Pink food color, cook until thick
- Add milk powder if its too runny
- cook until the mixture comes together, cut off heat
- Let it cool for 10 min
- Then grease mold with ghee then stuff the mixture, make shape
- Then demould & offer to god then serve
