Ingredients

  • Jack fruit -1 cup or 5 fruits
  • Ghee – 3 tbsp
  • Jaggery- ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp

Preparation

  • Wash & remove jackfruit seeds then chop.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped jackfruit saute for 3 min.
  • Add jaggery powder cook till it thickens.
  • Add cardamom powder, mix well, then cut off heat
  • Serve hot or cold.

Tip

  • For another variation of jackfruit chunda use white sugar
