Ingredients

  • Shell pasta[Mini]– 1 cup
  • White sauce pasta powder – 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 [sliced]
  • Garlic – 2 [mashed or finely chopped]
  • Black pepper – ½ tbsp [crushed or freshly ground]
  • Carrot – 3 tbsp [chopped]
  • Freah green peas – 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 springs[chopped]
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  • Heat enough water in a pan add salt let it boil then add shell pasta cook till soft
  • Then drain water & put it in a cold water & drain immediately.
  • Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic sauté well.
  • Add carrot & green peas saute then add water cook till soft.
  • Add white sauce pasta powder saute then add enough water let it boil.
  • Then Add cooked pasta, salt mix well & cook for 2 min then cut off heat.
  • Finally add coriander leaves & freshly ground pepper mix well.
  • Cut off heat & serve hot.
