Dry fruits Dates Modak By

Ingredients

  • Dates - 1/2 cup
  • Cashews - 1/4 cup
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp
  • Almond - 1/4 cup
  • Pistachio - 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee -1 tbsp [optional]

Method:-

  • Finely chop nuts and dates
  • Heat pan, dry roast chopped nuts
  • Then add 1 tbsp ghee [optional] or dirctly roast dates with 1 tbsp oil
  • Then let it cool then grind coarsely
  • Grease modak mould with ghee
  • Then grease modak with ghee
  • Now fill the stuffing and seal the bottom of the modak bottom.
  • Then demould, offer to god then serve
