Ingredients

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Custard powder –3 tbsp
  • Almonds, & pistachios – 2 tbsp[blached, chopped]
  • Green Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • Rose syrup - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat 400ml milk in a pan & let it boil.
  • When boiling stir continuously without burning.
  • In a bowl add 3 tbsp custard powder & 100 ml milk mix well without lumps
  • Add custard mixture into the boiling milk, stir well for 3 min
  • Add sugar & cardamom powder mix well.
  • Once its ready, cut off heat, let cool.
  • Then pour the mixture into kulfi moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 10 to 12 hours]
  • Then unmould, pour rose syrup then serve immediately.
