Preparation Method
- Boiled rice-Kolam rice- 1 cup, water - 3 cups, Soak it for 30 min then boil in open pan
- Radish sambar -Radish, toor dal & seasoning ingredients & masala powder
- Rajma sundal - Rajma, coconut & seasoning ingredients
- Thakkali rasam - Tomato, cumin & pepper
