How to make Curd/ Yogurt/Dahi [in mud pot] & Video

Ingredients
- Milk – ½ ltr
- Curd – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Boil milk then let it cool [3/4th]
- Add 2 tbsp curd when milk is warm & mix well
- Then cover lid & let it set for 3 to 4 hours[ in summer] or you can leaves it for overnight in winter.
- Then you can refrigerate curd and use within 3 days
