Spaghetti aglio e olio peperoncini | Italian spaghetti aglio olio

Ingredients
- Spaghetti– 1 cup
- Red chilli flakes – 2 tbsp [Dry roast dry red chilli then cool it & coarsely grind] or fresh red chilli - 2
- Garlic - 3 Cloves [finely chopped]
- Parsley or coriander leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
- Olive oil or groundnut oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat water in a pan, add salt & let it boil
- Add spaghetti cook till soft. Then drain water.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic sauté till light brown
- Add red chilli flakes & parsley sauté gently.
- Add cooked spaghetti sauté well. Then cut off heat & serve immediately
Tip
- For variations:-You can add grated cheese or any veg toppings like sauted mushrooms, tofu, spinach, paneer or broccoli.
- You can add lemon juice
