Ingredients
- Badam pisisn - 6
- sabja seeds -1 tbsp
- Sugar -1/2 cup
- Water- 2 tbsp
- Milk - 300 ml
- Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
- Saffron -1 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
- Almonds - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Soak sabja seeds for 20 to 30 min
- Soak badam pisin for 8 hours or overnight
- Heat pan add sugar, water, let it caramalize
- Add milk reduce to half
- Add cardamom, saffron, nuts optional
- Then pour into glasses refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze it 30 min
- In a glass add soaked sabja, almond gum, caramel milk, ice cubes, nuts
- then serve immediately
