Nannari Sarbath | Sarsaparilla Concentrate-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Nannari [Sarsaparilla] – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 1 cup or 200 gram
- Lemon – 3
- Water- 250 ml
Preparation
- Wash Sarsaparilla for 2 to 3 times
- Soak Sarsaparilla overnight.
- Boil Sarsaparilla till it it thickens. Then filter & extract juice.
- Heat pan, add jaggey & water let it boil till you get syrup consistency.
- Add filtered Sarsaparilla juice into the jaggery mixture let it boil for 5 min then cut off heat.
- Add lemon juice mix well. then refrigerate & serve with lemon juice
- Take a glass, add 100 ml cold water, squeeze one lemon, add nannari sarbath[1 tbsp], mix well.
- Serve immediately

Add water, let it boil for 10 min or till it thickens
Now its ready, filter
Sarsaparilla extract ready

Jaggery is now boiling, let it boil till you get syrup consistency
Jaggery syrup ready
Add Sarsaparilla extract, let it cook for 2 min, then cut off heat
Sarsaparilla jaggery ready.
Transfer Sarsaparilla concentrate
Add lemon juice mix well
Nannari Sarbath ready
Take a glass, squeeze lemon juice
Take 1 tbsp sarsaparilla concentrate
Pour into the glass, mix well with lemon
Add cold water, mix well
