Paneer tikka -step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Paneer [Cottage Cheese] – 1 cup [cut into squares]
- Yellow capsicum – ½ cup [cut into squares]
- Red capsicum – ½ cup [cut into squares]
- Onion – ½ cup [cut into squares]
- Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Curd – 1 cup
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Amchur powder - 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
- Besan - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – ½ tbsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
Method
- Cut paneer, capsicum, onion into squares.
- In a bowl add paneer, onion, capsicum, curd, turmeric , red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic, salt, besan, lemon juice mix well
- Marinate it, and refrigerate for 30 min
- Then thread it in a skewer [panner, onion, capscium]
- Then grill over direct flame till crisp
- then serve hot with chapathi

In a bowl add curd
Add red chilli powder
Add turmeric powder
Add coriander powder
Add amchur powder
Add garam masala powder
Add kasoori methi
Add salt
Add 1 tbsp besan
Add ginger, garlic
Add oil
Mix well
Add paneer
Add capsicum, onion
Add lemon juice
Cover it, leave it in fridge for 30 min
After 30 min
Thread it in a skewer
Grill it for 5 min over the flame
Rotate and cook
Crispy paneer tikka ready
