Preparation

  • Wash & remove seeds [for kids] or [you can make elantha vada with seeds]
  • In a stone mortar add all ingredients grind to smooth paste
  • Once its ready, store in an airtight container use within 2 weeks
  • For second variation:-Take olemon size balls, spread over the cotton cloth let it dry out in the sunlight for 2 to 3 days then use
  • For 3 rd variation:- In a mixie jar, add all ingredients, coarsely grind
  • Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, add ground ingredients, saute for 5 min, then let it cool in room temperature, store in an airtight container, use within 1 week
