Ingredients
- Okra [ladies finger, bhindi] - 200 g
- Rice flour / corn flour- 1/4 cup
- Schezwan sauce - 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – ½ tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil for deep frying
- Water - 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash & Cut okra into equal size pieces
- In a bowl take okra,schezwan sauce, soya sauce, turmeric powder, Asafetida, salt & 3 tbsp water mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan add rice flour, okra pieces mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, sprinkle okra slices, deep fry till and golden brown.
- Once its ready, remove it from oil.
- Drain on absorbent paper, serve hot with tea, coffee or rice

Remove it from oil
