Corn Kernels Manchurian[Dry]

Ingredients
- Corn kernels - 1 cup [boiled or steamed]
- Onion – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garlic - 4 cloves[finely chopped]
- green chili – 1 [finely chopped]
- Spring onion - 2 springs
- Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsb
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsb
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsb
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn flour – ¼ cup
- All purpose flour /wheat flour– 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation
- In a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, pepper & water mix well make flowing consistency batter.
- Add all corn kernels into the batter, mix well.
- Then deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium hot oil.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and green chilli sauté well.
- Add Red chilli sauce, Tomato sauce, & soya sauce mix well.
- Add 3 tbsp corn flour mixture let it boil.
- Add fried corn kernels, spring onion, sprinkle pepper powder and salt mix well.
- Once its ready, cut off heat serve hot with any rice.
