Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 litre
  • Water - 1/4 litre

Preparation

  • In a bowl add curd, & water churn well.
  • When you churn curd, foam will form.
  • Then churn for another 20 min.
  • During this process butter & buttermilk separates.
  • Collect butter from buttermilk.
  • Once its ready, store in an airtight container,
  • Heat butter & make ghee. using this ghee we can make any gravy or sweet.
