Ingredients

  • Raw mango [mangai] – 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Cut & remove the edges & leave it for 5 min then chop.
  • In a bowl add chopped raw mango, red chilli powder & salt mix well.
  • Serve with ragi koozh, kambu koozh, or gothumai koozh.
