Ingredients

  • Butter – 250 gram
  • Salt– a pinch
  • Curry leaves / Drumstick leaves – 1 spring

Preparation Method

  • Heap pan add butter let it melt on medium to low flame till sound disappears
  • Add pinch of salt & curry leaves then cut off heat.
  • Let it cool for 5 min then remove curry leaves
  • Then store in an airtight container use within 2 weeks
