Schezwan noodles for kids

Ingredients
- Boiled noodles – 1 cup
- Onion – ½ [finely chopped]
- Carrot - 2 tbsp [Finely chopped]
- Capsicum – 3 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli- 1 [finely chopped]
- Schewan sauce – 2 tbsp
- Dark soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic sauté.
- Then add capsicum, carrot & green chilli sauté well.
- Add Schewan sauce, soya sauce & tomato chilli sauce.
- Then add garam masala mix well.
- Add boiled noodles, salt mix well.
- Finally add coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat, serve hot.
