Rava sheera | Bansi sooji halwa recipe

Ingredients
- Sooji bansi rava – 1 cup
- Milk – 2 cup
- Water – ½ cup
- Ghee – ¼ to ½ cup
- Jaggery – ½ cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Almonds – 2 [ghee roasted, sliced]
- Pistachios – 5 [ghee roasted, sliced]
- Nutmeg scraps – few
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan, roast almonds & pistachios then slice.
- Heat another pan add jaggery & 4 tbsp of water & let it boil. Then cut off heat & filter.
- In the same pan roast sooji bansi rava. Then add water & milk let it boil.
- Add jaggery & sugar mix well & let it thickens.
- Finally add cardamom powder, nutmeg scraps, sliced almonds & pistachios.
- Then cut off heat, serve hot or chilled.
