Onion podi uthappam-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Dosa batter – 1 cup
- Onion – 3 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Idli milagai podi - 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Ghee -3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat iron dosa pan, pour batter, pour 1 tbsp of ghee, add finely onion.
- Then sprinkle idli milagai podi over the uthappam.
- Pour another 1 tbsp of ghee around the uttapam then cover lid & cook both sides
- Once uthappam is ready, transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar

Heat iron dosa tawa pour batter
Pour 1 tbsp of ghee around the uthappam
Add finely chopped onion
Add idli milagai podi over the uthappam & drizzle another 1 tbsp of ghee
Cover lid & cook
Flip over & cook both sides
Onion idli powder uttapam is ready, serve hot with green chutney
