Oats paniyaram | Instant oatmeal veg kuzhi paniyaram-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Oats [Oatmeal] – ¼ cup
- Rava[Semolina] – ½ cup
- Curd - ½ cup
- Water as needed
- Red, yellow, green capsicum – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Green chilli - 1 [chopped]
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl add rava, curd & water mix well and leave it for 2 hours. Particle of Rava size becomes 2 times bigger
- Then add oats, capsicum, green chilli mix well.
- Heat iron paniyam tawa pour oats rava batter mixture in each cavity, pour oil, cover lid & cook till crisp & golden brown both sides
- Then Serve hot with coconut chutney.
How to make Oats Paniyaram [Oatmeal paddu]- Step by step photos
In a bowl add rava and salt mix well
Add curd mix well
Add water mix well, make smooth batter, cover lid, leave it for 1.5 hours to 2 hours
After 2 hours batter thick and soft. Rava absorbs all the water & curd
Now add oats [You can roast oats then add]
Add red, yellow, green capsicum& green chilli mix well
Heat iron paniyaram tawa, pour batter and oil, cover it, cook till crisp and golden brown both sides
Oats paniyaram is ready, take it out, serve hot with green chutney
