Cuisine Style: Karnataka, South India | Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes | To Serve: 3 | Type: Snacks, tea time

Maddur vada is unique tea time snack of Karnataka. As it is originated from a small town of karnataka, Maddur. It is crispy outside and soft inside. I have followed the traditional method and avoided maida. Onion & ground nut texture give the great look for this vada.
