Ingredients
- Peanut [Groundnut, Nilakadalai] -1 cup
- Jaggery- `3/4 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder-1 tbsp
- Ghee- 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast groundnut till crisp [Dont burn]
- Then let it cool, peel off the skin then finely grind
- Heat same pan, add jagger & water, cook till 1 string consistency [Apr 5 min]
- Add ground peanuts cook till it thickens or the mixture start leaving the pan [Apr 3 to 5 min]
- Once its ready, Add cardamom powder & 1 tbsp ghee mix well
- Pour the mixture into the ghee greased tray, evenly spread, Sprinkle almonds, pistachios, then let it set
- Then cut into diamond shapes, store in an airtight contianer, use wihtin 2 week

World best peanut diamond sweet
Add 1 cup peanuts
Roast till crisp on low -medium flame
Now its ready
Transfer to a plate, let it cool
Peel off the skin
Perfect skinless peanuts ready
Put it in a mixie jar, finely grind [Not too fine]
Perfect peanut mixtureready
Add 1 cup jaggery
Add 1/4 cup water
Mix well
LEt it boil till one string consistency
Perfect consistency reached
Add ground peanut mixture
Mix well without burning
Cook till the mixture thickens
Cook on low flame
add cardmaom powder
Add only 1 tbsp ghee
Cook for 3 min
Now its ready [Mixture start leaving the pan]
Pour into ghee greased tray
Sprinkle pista & almonds
LEt it set [Apr 5 min]
Cut into diamonds
Let it cool
Store in an airtight container, use within 2 weeks
